Before booking...

Late Arrivals / Early Departures

Your booking time is fixed and you have a 15minute buffer to arrive before the timer starts. If you arrive late or leave early, we cannot extend your event or offer partial refunds.

 

Clean-Up

Our team handles all setup and cleanup. Please refrain from removing or moving items unless advised.

 

Cancellation & Weather Policy

Cancellations are allowed up to 12 hours before your event start time, for any reason, including weather concerns.- We rely on real-time weather apps and will provide a recommendation based on forecasts. If you choose to ignore weather advice and do not cancel at least 12 hours in advance, you will not receive a refund. However, If the event is interrupted or ruined due to unexpected weather during your scheduled time, you will receive a 50% refund as a shared loss gesture.

 

Damages & Incidentals

All décor, furniture, and materials are provided in excellent condition. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be invoiced and charged to the credit card on file. This includes but is not limited to: broken decor, stained linens, missing items, or intentional misuse of equipment.

Alcohol & Non-Alcohol Liability

This is a BYOB experience; we do not provide or serve alcohol. Clients who choose to bring and consume alcohol do so at their own risk and are fully responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations.We are not liable for any alcohol-related incidents, fines, or injuries that may occur before, during, or after the picnic.
